  ABOUT THE HALLSTED AGENCY

Elaine Hallsted grew up in the Delaware region. She is active in the community and understands insurance needs for the local area. She wanted to be able to help people without the restrictions of corporate management and started the Hallsted Agency in 1997. When not helping the community, Elaine enjoys time at home with her husband and two children. Gardening, hiking, biking or visiting the beach are also favorite pastimes.
